Paper/Poster Presentation Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstract must be in English, not more than 300 words (excluding Title, Author, and institutional affiliations).

• Authors: Mention the names in order of authorship, highest educational degree obtained, affiliated institution name..
• Abstract should be structured as Background, Aims & Objectives, Methods, Result, Conclusion and 3-5 Keywords..
• For Case Reports/Case Series – Background, Report proper, Conclusion and Keywords.
• Abstract should be in Times New Roman font of size 12 (MS word format). Title should be short, in upper case..

Names of Authors should be underneath the title and affiliations should follow thereafter.

Do not include diagrams, illustrations, tables, references or graphics in the abstract.

Guidelines for Paper Presentations

1. Slides should be in bullet or point by point format, not in paragraph.
2. Time for presentation is 6 minutes + 2 minutes for discussion. Presentation to be brought in pen drive compatible with MS Power point format.

4. Size of the poster should be 90 cm (H) x 60 cm (W). Poster presentation should be in flex print format.
5. All participants will get certificates for participation, according to the details filled in registration form.
6. All entries are subject to scrutiny by the scientific committee before final approval.
7. Deadline For Abstract Submission is 5th April 2025
